Is it weight training or other workouts without weight lifting - which one is better to loose fat faster?

Hello, Fat loss is the result of calorie burning due to increased heart rate where body gets a lot of oxygen for fat burning.This happens in both weight training as well as cardio. However if one has to do cardio then the intensity should be maintained to achieve target heart rate which may take more time so doing weight training followed by cardio will give faster fat loss.
