I am not sleeping till at late night from so many days. So my eyes were went in deep .is there any way to take it to normal stage.

Dear :- you should get natural 6-7 hrs sleep at 11.00 pm to 6.00 am. your eye muscles get tiered & dehydrated so feeling deep seated eye. Take regular aerobic exercise, eat coloured fruits & vegetables & plenty of water.
