What time is best for surya namaskar. generally I do avoid in morning because I do walk 20 minute in morning very fast. Then 5 to 8 minute jogging. .so I do not do surya namaskar after that because it may make hectic to me. I do in evening. 10 set in a 10 minute. So it is right way? Kindly clear to me.
