My headache is too much now a days even I feel pain in my eyes sometimes. I feel very weak and tired all day but at night I can't sleep till 3 am. Is it because of my hypothyroid? If yes then what shall I do to make it normal. I am having thyroxine 75 mg regularly.

For your headache get your eyes checked. If found to have defective vision take correction glassess. If you are operating computer, learn the technique of how relax the eyes in looking at the monitor. For the time being you can take a tablet of paracetamol 500 mg two times a day depending on the severity. If you have accompanying cold, sneezes, cough etc. You need to take an antihistamine. Not able to sleep will not be due to thyroid problem, but it can be due to the head ache or your thought process. If you are continuously dwelling on things or happenings of the day you will not get sleep. So take tablet for head ache and stop your thought process and try to relax your brain so that it can go to sleep. As for thyroid, get thyroid profile test done to assess the sufficiency of the strength of thyroxine tablet, basing the result adjust the dose. Good luck.
