Hi. Since the past 2 weeks or so ive been facing eye problems. My eyes feel heavy most of d time n maybe I feel its because of less sleep. I sleep for 6 hrs or sometimes more also bt I never feel fully satisfied. Also sometimes I feel I can not understand whts happening around me cz I feel so sleepy or tired. Dis sleep problem has been going around for quite sometime now .one day I feel energetic n work the entire day till night, d next day I get tired n it goes on n on. M very confused as I do not want to feel tired like this n want to feel energetic n fresh always.

Hydrate ur body...go for oil bath once in a week probably on a holiday..sleep well take rest completely...wen u get up take a deep breathe n then start ur routine..dont overdo ur works..plan n then start ur work...
