I'm patient of mild spondylitis my age is 20 years old so I do regularly exercise so please suggest me during exercise which belt should I wear. Weightlifting belt or Back belt?

Dear lybrate-user Do Pranayama meditation regularly with exercise and good diet. Presently No belt is required. You are unnecessarily thinking more. Don't do so .You can take physiotherapy and neck exercises Take following Aswagandha powder morning and evening with milk. Review after one month.

no need any belt for exercise. di stretching exercise and strength exercise in gently process. tk calcium supplements and posture correction must. avoid toward bending.
