Dear Doctor, I am wondering if there is any medicine or an alternate to increase the girth (width) of the penis. I am married for 4 years and the desire for sex is almost null not sure why? I just don't get those thoughts or feel! The most embarrassing moment would be when my partner initiates but it has no affect on me. My penis is erect during those moment but I don't feel anything. I don't enjoy the intercourse at all. I am only thankful that my partner isn't affected with this. Our intercourse lasts for 5-6 minutes and at times even more than that. I release my sperms as normal as it was anytime before. Not sure if this is a sign of any abnormality in my body, like anybody else even I was desperate and use to crave for sex, had immense feelings until the age of 30 BUT everything is missing after 30.
