Dear sir, Me jab bhi kuch bolta hu to beech-2 me meri Awaaz dab si jaati he .ye tab jyada hota he jab me emotionally ya anger me kuch bolta hu. Ye kai saal se he kya ye koi throat me problem he ya it's just normal pls. If there is any medicine please suggest me thanks.

It is not an illness. It is normal phenomena and vary person to person. When we speak fast or in anger our speech output becomes disturbed some words comes out with normal pitch and few words will come so fast and barely audible. So do not worry do not do anger live happily and have lot of patient.

It's quite normal for voice to waver during emotions. Even then, it is always better to get a routine ENT check up done to rule out any problem which may be developing.
