Respected ma'am we are living in Delhi alone without our parents we are not sure weather our diet is healthy or not below are the few things which we eat 1 we eat at break fast milk each one of us one packet of half liter bread and cheese 2 at lunch we eat biryani some time go for fast food like KFC etc 3 At night also we drink milk and bread but we still feel hungry so we order some heavy stuff like butter chicken, biryani etc We needed your tips so please ma'am give your ideas regarding our diet.

You should add some pulses like rajma, soybean. Chenna in yourdiet eat nonveg once a day and veg in the next meal have a n egg ever day.
