At your age the metabolism is faster than the food you put in your mouth. Your normal calorie intake should be 2000 cal. If you are moderately active than it should be around 2400 -2800 cal. Have protein in the morning. Drink lots of milk, shakes, smoothies. Eat more often, have lots of snacks in between meals. Add butter or margarine to food. Use whole fat dairy products. Have lots of fruits, soy products, milk products, cheese, sprouts, baked potatoes, peanut butter, eggs, nuts, brown rice, pasta. Increase your proteins and carbs and cut down on fats and sugar.
