Hi doctor When I was in romantic mood with my girl friend or even I talk about sex with her My testis and lower abdomen has pain. At that time even my underwear touches the testis I have Pain. This pain continues for one hour and after stop talking about it. I am going to marry her in few days. So I am afraid of this problem. Why this happening .what is the problem I have.
