Hello lybrate-user. Both things are important for reducing body fat. 1st its 30 to 45 minutes cardeo exercises or brisk walking and 2nd its diet control. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning. Dinner it should be light maximum till 8 pm. Avoid fatty refined processed food. Drink plenty of water and green tea.
