Do not take highly fatty foods, oily foods, fast foods, do regular exersise, morning walk. Continue for 3 months .it will be all wright.

As per your height your weight is perfect but at this age you may look little fatty so avoid fatty and readymade food items in your diet instead add more fibre and fruits. Do some regular physical activity of your choice for 50 mnts. Proper sleep of 6 - 8 hrs daily Make yourself stressfree and be happy.
