My father was diagnosed with TB and sugar first time and we started treatment in narayana hrudayala and now taking dot tablets under RNTCP program. Now problem is, my father taking TB tablets from last 4 months and tb symptoms got reduced but serious legs burning, numbness,pain and spinal pain was increased like anything. Pain and burning, numbness sensation I can't explain its that much severe and we went to multiple hospitals but no improvement. After ENG test doctor told its nerve damage and he has given 'Vibrania' and gabapentin 300 mg. If we stop tablets all above symptoms will start agyears. Is there Any treatment for this? Please let me know we can't let my father like that. Please tell what kind of treatment we need to take this problem. 4 months back weithgt of my father is 60 KG Now its 38 kg. AGE 56 years.
