Can person be infected by HIV by having sex for two or more people provided no of the person is infected by HIV?

Yes. It's a very risky behaviour because a person with HIV may not be having any symptoms and also may be ignorant of his /her health status.

No, HIV can be transmitted only if one of the partners has HIV. It cannot be produced merely by having sex irrespective of the number of people involved. However, with increasing number of partners one cannot be sure of the HIV status of the other person.
