I am a 23 year old uncircumcised male. I am having balanitis. It is a red colour with white dot in the middle on the glans. I am having it from 1 month. At first I was using soframycin cream but it was of no use .Then I got typhoid in between. During the medication of typhoid I changed my cream to Miconazole. It was a great help and my balanitis was gone. My typhoid was also cured. So I stopped using the cream and masturbate. In the next day my balanitis came again. I want to add that I don't have diabetes, no itching in genital, no problem on peeing, no continuous urge to pee, never had sex, negligible pain comes on touching the red spot, sometimes the red spot or balanitis spread on the foreskin, no problem in retracting the Foreskin behind the glans. Now please help me what should I do? What medicine I have to take? Is there any home remedy? I want to be cure completely from balanitis so that it will not come in future? I am felling depressed because of it, please help me.

Balanitis is an inflammation of the glans (the rounded head) of the penis. Posthitis is inflammation of the foreskin. The foreskin is the loose skin that covers the head of the penis if the male has not been circumcised. Balanoposthitis is when both the glans and the foreskin are inflamed.
