Just taking a low carb diet will not help. You will have to exercise to increase your metabolism. During green tea with ginger every morning on an empty stomach. Sleep atleast 6-7 hrs. Avoid sleeping during the day. And as per diet. Random diet will not work for you as you have hormonal imbalance. Your diet needs to be as per your condition. Avoid carbs like rice or rotis at night. Have paneer chicken fish or eggs at dinner with veggies. Have carbs during the day don't eliminate carbs completely.
