I am in busy life. I take dinner around 10 and go to bed within few minutes. I know that this is too early to bed, I don't have time for walk. So will it effect my body.

Walking after dinner is not compulsory. It won't make any difference if you sleep immediately after dinner. Your body will adjust accordingly. No need to worry.
