I have giant fibroadenoma of size 4.1*3.3*4.4 seen in left breast in 3'o clock position with bilateral fibroadenoma to changes. Sub cutaneous fat space and the fat pad lying between glandular cone and the pectoralis muscles appear normal. Sub areolar region appears Normal. No significant axillary lymphadenopathy is seen on either side. Impression HRUSG STUDY OF BOTH BREASTS REVEALS. Giant fibroadenoma left with bilateral fibroadenoma as described above. I am totally confused. Kaun iske specialist hai. Kisko contact karu. Please help me.
