I am 23 year old ,uncircumcised male suffering from balanitis from 1 month. There is a red color with white in the middle like ulcer in the glans of my penis. There is no itching and no problem while peeing. I used soframycin cream for 2 week but it was in vain, then I used rexguard cream and I was cured within 3&4 days but now it come again. What should I do?

First check blood sugar and also clean with salt water twice a day and also apply coconut oil twice a day or by courier natural medications for applying and internal medicine costing 1500.

Balanitis is an inflammation of the glans (the rounded head) of the penis. Posthitis is inflammation of the foreskin. The foreskin is the loose skin that covers the head of the penis if the male has not been circumcised. Balanoposthitis is when both the glans and the foreskin are inflamed once checked it by urologist.
