Hi I'm 36 years I hv gastric problem from 1 years long I take omeprazole 20 mg every day now in the morning before breakfast, before my Dr. Said to take omeprazole 40 mg. But d problem is still it's been longtime my problem not been rectified every day night around 1to 2'0 clock night I feel hungry even I though I eat chapati at 11'0 clock for my dinner I'm worried that if I keep at midnight every day I may get fat soon, so please advice me what to do I. Stay in UK as I have. Late shift work.

Please note that you already have a hormonal imbalance in your system which is responsible for continuation of the gastric issue Moreover omeprazol will not cure your disease but only palliate it. Please take Nux vom 30 twice daily - Do regular morning walk Take balance diet and on time daily. Do not drink excess water - drink water according to your thirst. Take proper sleep Get back to me after 2 weeks
