Who ever have given the idea to take milk, please do not follow. Milk is BAD for you. Its supposed to increase testosteron levels in the blood by preventing the utilisation of the hormone by the tissues, as you already have slightly higher levels of testosteron, milk will increase the testosteron levels in your body which is bad for your pcos.
