Hi I have been facing heel pain for more than 1 year, consulted with many doctors and had medicine too but still facing same issue specially when I came back from morning walk and after playing cricket match, previously my weight was 89 kg but I worked hard and lost 12 kg and now my current weight is 77 kg but still have heel pain, my TSH value at higher side but taking medicine from last 3 months, uric acid is normal.

Mr. lybrate-user, The way you have described it appears to be due to plantar fasciaitis. This can controlled by certain specific exercises and also using painkillers occasionally. Use of soft foot wear is better, plus application of ice packs is also good. Thanks.
