Sir I am getting right side chest pain and I transfered to right the pain is in both side is there is any problem what type of doctors I have to consult plzzz give me reply.

Dear Lybrateuser, -At your age chest pain could be due to acidity, anxiety or sedentary habit in case there was no earlier problem -have a well balanced healthy diet, do not skip meals & have meals on time, avoid spicy, fried & junk foods, restrict tea/coffee to not more than 1-2 cups in a day, avoid alcohol ,tobacco if you consume - do regular aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, yoga & deep breathing exercises in the morning -if not much relief then do an x-ray chest & consult a physician.
