Hi The best way to maintain the sinuses clean is by performing jal neeti with salt water every morning. If that is difficult then using a pressurised spray of salt water in the nose 3-5 times a day is very helpful. You can try the brand solspre or physiomer whichever is easily available. Use it for 3 weeks at least.
