Respected doctors I have recently asked same qs but didn't get satisfied ans so I would like to ask again! I am taking soya protein powder for a 1 month .now I have seen breakouts of pimple which is not cured by medicines and acne cream. So I think it is because of high estrogen levels! So which medicine (tablet) should I take? Which is available in medical? No other suggestions please! Only prescription! Thank you!

Protein powder can be one of the cause for acne breakout. You need to stop taking it and it will fade within few days without any medication. You should decrease the intake of powder. Its becoz of too much heat in your body. Once you decrese it wl disappear by own.
