I am 52 years old men height is 180 cm weight is 118 kg since last 10 years increased are 25 kg , snore badly please advice how to reduce weight? my daily diet two chapati in bf, 3/4 with veg in a/n, two chapati with veg in night, thrice a week drinks 2/3 peg large ,twice a week chicken, sweet occasionally ,tea 4/5 cup a day can not do regular exercise due to some of medical problem such as loose motion, back or body pain, body size chest 44" stomach 52' waist 47" having stomach problem from last 5 years firt starts with body pain then loose motion then fever it happens at least once in month.
