Hi, I am 38 years old woman. My job is involves continuous reading and looking at computer. Since last year I am facing difficulty with my eye. I have checked and I do not have specs. But My eyes can not tolerate bright light in the office. I even can not tolerate the light coming from my laptop screen. My eyes feel tired or irritated due that light. What Can I do?

Take frequent breaks while you are working every 20-25 mins take break to look away from screen blink more frequently' level of screen should be below the level of eyes ac should not blow directly on your face. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle power.
