My daughter has started faking injury for example she started to limp but when nobody is watching she walks normally. When I confronted her regarding this she started crying and said she was not faking it.

Hi lybrate-user, This is common in children. It is NOT right call it faking. Children often unconsciously resort to such measures when faced with stress. This very well known. Confrontation will only worsen her condition by making her feel even more stressed. The situation needs to be handled expertly and with care. I recommend that you consult an expert on this to identify the stressors and resolve the situation in a healthy way. Take care!
