Just daily in morning do Yoga and Suryanamaskar for atleast 15-20 mins. And then if possible, go for walking. This will help you a lot. No need for any gym and all. Just our Indian traditional workouts are best for Indian. ;) And try to have warm water as much as possible. :) Take care. :)
