Hi sir/mam As per my basic information I am over weight I am working as software developer. As per my schedule I take 3 times meal in day (it s not possible to take 4 time as per normal diet plan ).i do 35 minute swimming everyday. Pl suggest suitable diet plan for me.

Dear Lybrate User, Have three meals only, but include good protein based snacks or fruit in between the meals that is mid morning and evening time. Keep them handy. This won't tk much time. You can try following snacks: Coconut water / Buttermilk/ Roasted chana with tea/ Fruits/ Salad/ Sprouts etc. This will surely help you losing few kilos without much effort. Continue swimming or any other cardio workout!

Hi lybrate-user, 3 meals i.e. Breakfast, lunch & dinner are recommended for a normal healthy person. If someone feels hungry in between meals, then he can take fruits, sprouts salad, Marie / Nutrichoice biscuits, or handful of some roasted namkeens for munching. Avoid late & heavy dinners. Restrict intake of carbohydrates, fatty / oily or junk foods, sweets and sugar based products. Swimming is a very good exercise. Keep doing it regularly.
