Hello Deepak, You are over-weight by around 5 kg only. You can reduce this little fat by reducing the intake of fatty foods and junk foods, sweets & chocolates. Take light and early dinners. Have a healthy breakfast and lunch around 1-2 pm. Take fruits in between meals whenever hungry and salads with meals. Go for half an hour brisk walk or run daily.
