I am getting blood in my nose when temperature changes. What will be the cause and what to do.

Hi In dry and hot weather the nose dries up and starts crusting. This causes bleeding. Use saline nasal drops or sprays 3-4 times a day in both nasal cavities during these temperature changes. It should avoid the bleeding.
