Follow a proper diet chart , your diet should have lots of fibres ,proteins , eat Lots of Fruits and juices . Proper exercise as per trimester should be followed . Daily brisk walking should be done .

Your weight seems to be fine. Have you got blood tests done for Hb, blood group, blood sugar etc? Diet should have a balance of carbohydrate, fat and proteins. Hi...you should have a balanced diet with lots of fresh fruits ,vegetables;milk n milk products;sprouts n pulses ;handful of nuts n whatever supplements your doctor has prescribed...n lead a active life ...though diet n precautions will not ensure a normal delivery as it depends on various other factors....
