Just do this small exercise: Sleep with legs raised up from waist against the wall straight up, making 90 degree angle for 5 mins.
Its better you do in early morning, else you can do it anytime.
This will make your blood flow increased towards brain and increase your memory and physical strength too will be increased.
And your knee joint pain will also be relieved.
And try to apply ice-packs over it for 2 times in a day for 5 mins.
