Kaam krti hu like Form fill krna or sum other important Work jab me printout nikaaliti hu agar pic light hti h but visible hti h tab bhi mera mann me vehem rhta h k galat ho jayega etc and jam form jama krti apne details k sth like marksheet etc I checked atlst 3_4 tyms but tab bhi sukoon ni mlta ke shyd galat hga form reject ho jaega or issi chakkar m choti choti chizo p paise hojate h jaise pic ni sahi aai phr se nikalwati hu print tab bhi ni aai phir krti bht kahi jana hota h to phone check krti hu bike drive krte hue k ni I am fed up of this what is this problem?

OCD yahi obessive compulsive disorder jis mai koi vichar lagatar bechani or dar paida krta hai. Jis ke wajah se person kis kaam ko baar baar karne ke liye vivash ho jata hai. Ye problem tab ban jati hai jab ye ap ki daily living life ko disturb krne krne lagti hai. Cognitive drill therapy can be effective treament for this problem. Your symptoms are suggestive of OCD ,you need medicines along with counselling. You can also consult me regarding this.In the mean time follow my suggestions trust me it will work in magical way. Try to do important work like form submission in starting time as in general 25-30 days are provided to fill the form what you have to do is to fill the form within 3-4 days from the date of issue and say to yourself that I am filling this form only as a security purpose ,i will submit actual form before 4-5 days from last date as it is like practise so normally I am suppose to fill but without committing any mistake and when during this 15-20 days this thought runs say to yourself that I am suppose to think on this matter 2-3 days before last date and same thing apply in every type of work slowly by slowly you will get rid of these things One more thing will help in this you can reassure these work from others and when that person will say yes it is correct then it will reduce your repeatitive act and slowly by slowly this will improve. Try to divert your mind as these thoughts are endless. Take care.
