Dear lybrate-user, your weight is more than normal, you should do morning exercise, diet and yoga, these are helpful for you. Take small food more time for ex. 4 chapatis 4 times. Like that small quantity. And avoid sugar, junk food. Take food proper time. After taking food do not sit one place walk at least 20 mints. And do not sleep immediately after eating.
