Good afternoon doctors im facing a big problem thats affecting my health and daily life and that is getting more fat and am. Only eating 2 time per day and I started to feel pain in my back bcz of fat can I lose weight without spots and exercises bcz after I get home from work I feel dead bcz I work daily for 15 hours please find me a solution to do everything without feeling tired. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.
