Hi Lybrate User, Please avoid supplements. Better take natural products. Take more proteins like eggs. Chicken. Or Soya beans, Mushrooms. Paneer, moong dal sprouts etc Enhance carbs like raagi, multi grain atta roti etc. You diet should follow increased workouts not the other way round. Avoid overeating else you will put on weight on stomach.
