Dear doctor, when I do some exercise or play cricket 30 minute after having meal at the time of being happy, my weight is increased. Is it good for my health? I'm already underweight. I'm male, age- 29, bmi is 17.3.

Hi Raghu, You are not supposed to do exercise or play cricket atleast 2 hours after having your meal. It is not good for your digestion and metabolism. Have healthy meals and exercise after the food has got digested.
