do strach and cardio exercise alternates days.take high protein and high calories diet.take milk nd milk products,paneer,soya milk,coconut water,milk with dates,milk with jaggery,any sweet item in dinner .have small and frequent meals.take fresh curd atleast 2 times in a day.don't skip your breakfast specially.

Each body is different. You should not compare with others. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. Take more cheese and paneer daily. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen/ chaat etc. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. - Take deworming tablets every six month.
