Hi I am 19 years old. I need to build up my body my weight is 43 kg which is low. I tried every thing I tried some home redeems but do not worked. Ok I will try to explain. I just got my old shirts and jeans pants I was wearing when I was 13 years old now I am 19 years old. I am shocked to see that all shirts amd pants are properly fit on me. In other words in last 7 years I just got height not body no chest or muscular body. Do not know what happen ok my english is not good so trying to type in hindi (mai bachpan se hee bohot patla tha.) My all friends got triple body than me. Hope you got my problem need so I need much much body and a little bit of more height. Ok as I am too (patla) I do not have too much power to make exercise please help.
