I'm married looking for baby also, my body always look hot, every one use to say your in fever some time, all the time my body heat condition only. How to chill body naturally. Every week I take head oil bath, tender coconut and fruit juice I use to take, kindly suggest.

Body temperature is natural and depends on your basal metabolic rate. I would advise you to do daily pranayam and exercises to keep your body temperature stable. Eat cool things throughout the day. Include jal jeera, watermelon, green tea in daily diet.
