I take 3 pag alcohol daily since 5 years before dinner I am not gaining weight but my tummy is enlarging. Is it due to alcohol. My diet is in control n doing exercise regular.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Drinking alcohol definitely does make you gain weight but generally around the belly even though you just take it moderately. No amount of exercise or restricted diet can help it. Alcohol has no health benefits and exercise cannot undo wrong habits or lifestyle.
