I am having sinus problem and I am facing more problem in summer season in this I am getting more dark circles and more eye bags than other season and also im having swelling in my whole face pls help me to solve this problem As soon as possible.

Sinusitis can be easily cured through Ayurveda. For now you can take half spoon of turmeric with one glass of warm milk everyday in the evening with palm jaggery. You can also take a soup of drumstick leaves regularly. Pranayama techniques such as Nadi shuddhi and kapalabathi will also be very helpful in this regard. Avoid sugar and maida products.

1.put shadbindu oil 5 drops in each nostril. Apply oil over the face before this therapy. 2. Take haridra khand 1tsf twice daily with milk. 3.avoid banana and curd.
