I don't know what's wrong with me but now a days I get irritated over everything and everyone. I feel really angry and annoyed. Sometimes I keep thinking about just one thing the whole day. I used to really sleep late before but now I feel sleepy very early. What's wrong with me?

Life is full of ups and downs and at your age its more common due to effect of some hormones and our exposure to different types of people. And I am sure as you will grow up you will adjust what it requires is slightly change in your life style. As it is very crucial time for your career also. Try to do few things .Do yoga and meditation everyday as per as united nations also yoga makes healthy mentally and physically ,so that they declared 21st june as International yoga day. Do some deep breathing exercise such as inhale air forcibly and exhale air forcibly do it for 10 times, if you get irritation from any thing just involve yourself in some other thing and say to yourself that I will deal with it after discussing with any close friend and make one close friend so that you can discuss any matter, As per many studies if we shares some thing to any one our stress level reduces by 60%.take sleep of 7-8 hours. Drink 4-5 litres water per day, eat sprouts, fruits,vegetables, jowar,bajra, legumes,maize, prefer to eat fruits instead of juice as our body absorbs more substance by eating fruits. Hello, From your complaints, it seems you're facing some dilemma in your mind. Take some time out for yourself in a calm corner of your home or office, and try to ask these questions to yourself. What is really bothering me today/now? What am I expecting that's not happening? Are my efforts sincere and unidirectional to fulfill my expectations? Am I or is someone being overtly judgemental about something? Can I hold on to this disturbing thought for a moment and see what happens if I don't burst it out? Does it matter in the long run that I am expressing my dissent over this particular issue? Is it worth my energy and time getting annoyed over trivial matters such as this? Dear, there's nothing 'wrong' with you in the strict sense of the word. You might be really fatigued or burnt out and getting fussy because you haven't let it out when you should've but obviously couldn't (read bossy boss!). This is also evident from the changing sleep patterns you've been experiencing lately. My suggestion would be to do anything to unwind.
