Hello I am 28 year old non married kuch time se meri heath thodi thik nahi chal raha hai pehle mujhe thoda gas ka problem tha but uske liye medicine liya to thik hai abhi all the time mere to halka halka cakkar aata rahta hai nd abhi 2 days se mere left breast me pain ho raha tha nd jab main kal thoda tuko press kar rahi thi to nipple se slight pani jaisa kuch nikla jo ki thoda sticki type tha nd raat me mera left nose band ho jaata hai jiske thoda breathing ka bhi thoda problem ho ta hai waise mere nose me thoda problem hai meri nose ki bone slightly bend hai so ek hole jaada hain and ek kam pls doctor suggest me ki koi serious issue to nahi hai na.

Please maintain a routine of your life style and follow it Do morning walk/exercise daily Take balance diet always Take good sleep - do meditation before going to sleep For your breast issue you need a physical examination by a lady Doctor - if required a USG of both breast needs to be done. For you nose problem take Ammon carb - 30 - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and revert back.

breast ka self examination kijiye, phir dekhiye koyi swellings ya ne ki gant jaise hai kya. agar swelling nahi to pani nikalneka lagatar hai ya dekhna. if you can give me the information i can suggest some solution. regarding breathing due blockage of one nostril its happening like this. it will be better if you can learn and practice the yoga method called as pranayama, it will give relief to you. meanwhile have steam inhalation and add some vicks vaporub to the boiling water and breath the steam atleast twice a day which will give relief. all the best
