I am facing lots of problem in sleeping since last couple of months. Is there any solution in ayurvedic treatment.

Just do this small exercise: Sleep with legs raised up from waist against the wall straight up, making 90 degree angle for 5 mins. Its better you do in early morning, else you can do it anytime. This will make your blood flow increased towards brain and other vital organs and make you sleepy with 10-15 mins. For any more queries you are most welcomed. :)
