Running and jogging for Stamina and fitness. Weights and dumbbells for Strength. Abs and crunches for toning. Yoga for flexibility and balance. Ideally you can do 30 mins running followed by 30 mins of other exercises in rotation. Each type of exercise benefits body in different ways. Combining all of them is best.
