Can we do exercise or work out after drinking water or after eating food. Does it have any negative effect on body. Which is the correct way of doing workout please give me your advise.

After food/ meal give a gap of 90 mins( light meal) to 120 mins(heavy meal)... ForWater there is no restriction. In fact you can sip water even during workouts or running. Just make sure that you don't gulp down too much.
